How was Power 90?

Well...The bad news is, I didn't blog at ALL during this exercise routine for 90 days...But the good news is I lost another 15 lbs in 90 days that I attribute to the combination of WW and P90. I also took the fit test again for p90x and WOW...I blew it away... Passed every mark...stronger on everything, so I'm ready to start p90x. which I actually did on Sunday! Woo hoo...I'll upload my power 90 after and p90x before pics this week...

I'm closing out this blog and starting my p90x blog so you can track my progress.

Day 1

I wanted to get a jump on the workout so following reading everything, I decided to jump right in and start with the cardio workout since my daughter and I did weights yesterday...It KICKED my ASS which is a good thing I suppose...there were quite a few moments when I had to modify the routine..I love Tony's quirky sense of humor but I suspect that will grow a little old the 45th time i've heard it so in time, I'll go down to voiceless and just play my own music.

I need to figure out what the difference between sweat 1 and sweat 2 on the workout. Not clear yet.

Afterwords I drank a protein shake consisting of EAS protein powder, frozen berries, non-fat milk and 1/2 banana...it tasted SO GOOD. 5 WW points too!

Tomorrow is the Start

Hey Guys,

This is a new blog, a new 90 days, and the start of something amazing....I've already lost 31 lbs on weight watchers, and now I'm adding Power 90 to the mix.

One of the tasks P90 asks is to articulate my three motivators: These are as follows:

1) Be in the best shape of my life - Drop by fat 5 percentage points from 30% to 25%.
2) Prepare myself for P90X. I did not pass the p90x fit test and so I'm going to work this program so I can kill the p90x. Long term goal after 180 days is to be in the best shape in my life
3) Long term goal - get down to Teen body fat, and get off blood pressure medications.

Throughout these 90 days, I'll introduce supplementation to my diet, continue to eat Nutrisystem meals because I love the convenience, portion size, and price/benefit ratio.

I'll continue to follow the weight watchers guidelines and track my points, attend the meetings, and thrive.

I'll also continue to cycle weather permitting.

Wish me luck!
